We like gin. Actually, scratch that, we love gin. We love it on ice. We love it with tonic. But there is something to be said for too much of a good thing... the G&T could be getting, dare we say it, a little humdrum. Now we know what you’re thinking; “it’s the G&T!!”. But the truth is, it’s all getting a bit samey. While all of our delicious-y gins pair well with a tonic, we've decided to pair some of them with a mixer that's a little different. You won’t be seeing tonic served with our Spit-Roasted Pineapple Gin. Instead, it's all about ginger beer. Why? Because a Pineapple Mule is the most refreshing drink summer has ever seen!
