What are your New Year’s resolutions? We reckon the ones worth keeping are the ones that are going to be the most fun... Like trying a few more flavour-packed, utterly unique gins, perhaps. You’re in the right place if that’s the case, because (as you probably know by now) that’s what we’re all about! We’ve got long-lost liqueurs, fun-filled collaborations and our very own awesome creations. Well, what are we waiting for? Let’s take a look!

Salt Marsh Gin – Greensand Ridge

What is it? Inspired by the salt marshes surrounding our favourite pals at the Greensand Ridge distillery in Kent, this savoury treat even features botanicals that you would find in said marshes! Seriously, it’s a winner in a Martini.

What does it taste like? Juniper is at the core here, but waves of spices (namely cardamom) and zesty citrus peels are underpinned by green earthiness and fresh bay leaf.

Crème de Juniper

What is it? Like gin but want to indulge your sweet tooth, all while sipping on a splash of history? We enlisted the help of California's Spirit Works Distillery to revive the sweet, juniper-y delights of Crème de Juniper! We distilled juniper berries with a red winter wheat-based spirit, and sweetened it up before giving it a brief slumber in an ex-wheat whiskey cask. Oh yes, this is luxury, friends.

What does it taste like? Candied juniper rides of waves of velvety sweetness, with vanilla icing, forest-y pine, and mint sweeties.

Hot Sauce Gin - FEW Spirits

What is it? We can’t take all the credit for this downright insane creation, our friends in Chicago at FEW Spirits helped, too! The distillery’s own bourbon was finished in barrels seasoned with bourbon and hot sauce, and that bourbon was then redistilled with juniper, Guajillo peppers and Ancho chillies. Yes, it’s crazy, and yes, it’s delicious.

What does it taste like? Fresh plum tomato and a pinch of chilli flakes with brown sugar, balanced by a squeeze of lime, woody juniper, and savoury green pepper.

Cobnut Ghost Gin – Greensand Ridge

What is it? Another team-up with Greensand Ridge, the star of the show here is Kentish cobnuts – though we wouldn’t want to miss mentioning the locally-sourced rosehip, honey, and hawthorne berries, along with surplus raspberry juice and quince that make an appearance. Sustainability never tasted so good!

What does it taste like? Creamy, oily, and gently nutty, with raspberry fruitiness coming through alongside juniper, honeyed citrus, and fresh mint.
