Cherry Hibisicus Spritzer

Ingredients:
- 30ml Cherry Gin
- Merchant's Heart Hibiscus (or your choice of premium tonic)
- Rosemary for garnish

Day 1 - Cherry Gin

Raspberry Fizz

- 30ml Cobnut Ghost
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Caster Sugar
- 1 Egg White
- 2 Raspberries
- 50ml chilled Sekforde Gin Mixer (or regular Soda)

Add first 5 ingredients to a shaker tin. Shake for 30 seconds without ice. Add ice to shaker tin and shake hard for 20 seconds.

Add 50ml Sekforde Gin Mixer (or soda) to glass.
Strain into glass through fine mesh strainer.
Let sit for 30 seconds, then garnish with raspbery.

DAY 2 - COBNUT GHOST GIN

Classic G&T

Ingredients:
- 30ml Estate Foraged Gin
- BTW Tonic (or your choice of premium tonic)
- Apple slice and blackberry for garnish

DAY 3 - ESTATE FORAGED GIN

 

Classic G&T

Ingredients:
- 30ml Monastic Gin
- Fentiman's 1905 Tonic (or your choice of premium tonic)
- Celery Leaf (garnish)
- Apple slice (garnish)

DAY 4 - MONASTIC GIN or...

Sloe Down Cocktail

Ingredients:
- 30ml Double Sloe Gin
- 20ml Belvoir Rose & Elderflower Cordial
- Cava (or other sparkling wine)

Method:
Add Double Sloe Gin and cordial with ice to cocktail glass and shake.
Double strain into Champagne flute and top with Cava.

...DAY 4 - DOUBLE SLOE GIN

Classic G&T

Ingredients:
- 30ml Swedish Rose Gin
- East Imperial Burma Tonic (or your choice of premium tonic)
- Rose Petals for garnish
- Lemon Twist for garnish

DAY 5 - SWEDISH ROSE GIN

 

Put the Lime in the Coconut

Ingredients:
- 30ml Botanical Democracy Gin
- 60ml Bottlegreen Coconut & Mango Presse
- Basil for garnish
- Lime wedge for garnish

DAY 6 - BOTANICAL DEMOCRACY

Walter Melon

Ingredients:
- 30ml Cucamelon Gin
- 50ml Melon Juice (I like Whatamelon)*
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 2 Mint Leaves

Method:
Add ingredients to shaker tin and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add ice and shake hard for 30 seconds. Double strain into coupe and garnish with lime twist and mint leaf.

*available in most major grocery stores, or simply blend any melon you fancy and strain

DAY 7 - CUCAMELON GIN

Sgroppino

Ingredients:
- 30ml Miyagawa Citrus Gin
- 1 scoop Lemon Sorbet
- Cava (or other sparkling wine)

Method:
Add Gin and Sorbet to coupe. Top with sparking wine. Drink with a sly smile.

DAY 8 - MIYAGAWA CITRUS GIN or...

 

East Side

Ingredients:
- 30ml Finger Lime Gin
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 4 Mint Leaves
- 2 slices Cucumber

Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker. Shake with ice for 30 seconds. Double strain into coupe and garnish with mint and cucumber.

...DAY 8 - FINGER LIME GIN

Fifty-Fifty

Ingredients:
- 30ml Moonshot Gin
- 30ml Dry Vermouth
- Caper Berry

Method:
Add gin and vermouth to mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled, about 20 seconds. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with caper berry.

DAY 9 - MOONSHOT GIN

Pineapple Mule

Ingredients:
- 30ml Pineapple Gin
- 1/2 a Lime
- Ginger Beer
- Pineapple

Method:
Add lime juice and gin to a glass. Fill with ice and top with ginger beer. Stir gently. Garnish with a slice of pineapple, lime wedge, and pineapple frond if you are feeling fancy!

DAY 10 - PINEAPPLE GIN

 

Salty Dog

Ingredients:
- 30ml World Gin Day Gin
- 60ml Fresh Grapefruit juice
- Sea Salt

Method:
Rim a glass with sea salt. Add gin and grapefruit juice to glass with ice. Garnish with slice of grapefruit.

DAY 11 - WORLD GIN DAY GIN

Classic G&T

Ingredients:
- 30ml DC Gin
- London Essence Tonic (or your choice of premium tonic)
- Tarragon for garnish
- Grapefruit for ganish

Classic G&T

Ingredients:
- 30ml Cherry Chocolate GIn
- Peter Spanton Chocolate Tonic (or your choice of premium tonic)
- Orange Slice
- Ginger Slice

Yuzu & Ginger

Ingredients:
- 30ml Yuzu Gin
- Ginger Ale
- Grapefruit slice (garnish)
- Ginger slice (garnish)

Gimlet

Ingredients:
- 30ml Gin
- 20ml Belvoir Lime & Lemongrass Cordial (or lime cordial of your choice)
- Lime twist (Garnish)

Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker tin. Shake with ice for 20 seconds. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a lime twist.

DAY 13 - EXPEDITIONARY GIN or...

Red Snapper

Ingredients:
- 30ml Hot Sauce Gin
- Bloody Mary Mix*
- Celery
- Basil
- Lemon
- Float of Sherry (If you have it)

* if you're making your own:
Heavy pinch salt, heavy pinch ground black pepper, 3 dashes hot sauce, 5 dashes Worchestershire sauce, 15ml lemon juice and 150ml Tomato Juice

...DAY 13 - HOT SAUCE GIN

 

In a glass, big chunk of ice thrown in like it's a lot of work.

30ml Single Cask Bathtub Gin - Bruichladdich Oloroso Cask (some of you may have other tasty variants)

Enjoy with a slice of ham.

Basil Smash

Ingredients:
- 30ml Strawberry Balsamico Gin
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 5 Basil Leaves (garnish)
- Strawberry (garnish)

Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker tin. Stir to incorporate sugar. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain over ice into rocks glass. Garnish with strawberry and basil leaves.

DAY 14 - SINGLE CASK BATHTUB or...

Negroni

Ingredients:
- 30 ml CitroLondon Gin
- 30 ml Campari
- 30 ml Sweet Vermouth
- Orange slice (garnish)

Method:
Add all ingredients to rocks glass with pleny of ice. Stir until well chilled. Garnish with an orange slice.

DAY 15 - CITROLONDON GIN

- 30ml Hot Sauce Gin

- Celery
- Basil
- Lemon

Add all ingredients to shaker tin. Shake with ice for 20 seconds. Strain into cocktail glass and garnish with a lime twist.

Brunch Martini

Ingredients:
- 30ml Choco Orange Gin
- 15ml orange juice
- 10ml lemon juice
- 1 tsp orange marmalade

Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker tin with ice. Shake hard with ice for 20 seconds. Strain into cocktail glass through mesh strainer and garnish with freshly ground black pepper.
 

DAY 17 - CHOCOLATE ORANGE GIN

Collins

Ingredients:
- 30ml Icewine Old Tom
- 10 ml Lemon Juice
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Sugar (to your preference)
- 50ml Soda water
- Lemon wedge (garnish)

Method:
Add gin, lemon, and sugar to a collins glass and stir to incorperate sugar. Fill with ice and top with soda. Stir lightly and garnish with a lemon wedge.

DAY 18 - ICEWINE OLD TOM GIN

  Rhubarb Spritz   Ingredients: - 30ml Rhubarb Triangle Gin - 45ml Cava (or sparkling wine of your choice) - 15ml Soda Water

Rhubarb Spritz

Ingredients:
- 30ml Rhubarb Triangle Gin
- 45ml Cava (or sparkling wine of your choice)
- 15ml Soda Water

Old Fashioned

Ingredients:
- 30ml Single Cask Bathtub Gin -  Ben Nevis Palo Cortado Cask (some of you may have other tasty variants)
- 4 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- Orange twist (garnish)
- Lemon twist (garnish)

Method:
Add sugar, bitters and a splash of gin to rocks glass. Stir until sugar is dissolvled. Add remainder of gin and stir again. Add ice and stir to chill. Garnish with orange and lemon twist.

DAY 19 - RHUBARB TRIANGLE GIN

 

Bee's Knees

Ingredients:
- 30ml Pan-Pacific Gin
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 10ml (2 tsp) high quality honey

Method:
Add all ingredients to shaker tin and stir to incorporate honey. Add ice and shake for 30 seconds. Strain into coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.

DAY 21 - VERY OLD TOM GIN

Julep

Ingredients:
- 30ml Double Barrel Gin
- 5 mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar

Method:
Muddle brown sugar and mint in a julep cup if you have it. Otherwise use a rocks glass. Add gin and stir until dissolved. Add small amount of crushed ice and churn until very cold. Add straw (glass, metal, or paper preferred #ditchthestraw). Fill glass with more crushed ice and garnish with mint leaves.

DAY 22 - DOUBLE-BARRELLED GIN or...

 

Un-Dirty Martini

Ingredients:
- 30ml Salt Marsh Gin
- 15ml Dry Vermouth
- Lemon twist (garnish)
- Olive (garnish)

Method:
Add ingredients to mixing glass with ice, stir until well chilled. Strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with lemon twist and olive.

French 75

Ingredients:
- 30ml Neroli
- 10ml lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Champagne/Cava (or sparkling wine of your choice)
- Lemon zest (garnish)

Method:
Add first three ingredients to shaker tins and stir until sugar is combined. Add ice and shake quickly to chill. 
Strain into Champagne flute and top with chilled sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon zest.

White Christmas Negroni

Ingredients:
- 30ml Yuletide Gin
- 30ml Luxardo Bianco
- 30ml Belsazar White (or white vermouth of your choice)
- Clove studded orange slice (garnish)

Method:
Build over ice and stir to chill. Garnish with a clove studded orange slice if you are feeling fancy.

Ingredients:
- 30ml Yuletide Gin
- Fevertree Aromatic Tonic (or tonic of your choice)
- Pomegranate Seeds (garnish)
- Orange zest (garnish)
